How does WebinarNinja compare to its competitors? Why should I choose WebinarNinja over others?
WebinarNinja is by far the most advanced platform out there. We are also the most value for money. When you look at our competitors, many of them don't include all the features you need for your webinar strategy. Features like: Evergreen & Recurring webinars, automatic email notifications and reminders, a custom Live Editor to edit any of your webinar pages in just a few clicks. Can I simulate a Live Webinar so it appears that the webinar is live to attendees when in fact, it’s not? Can I simulate a live chat conversation when in fact no live chat / conversation is going on?
While we understand that this may be an available feature on other platforms, we at WebinarNinja have made the deliberate choice to not offer this option. Why you may ask?
We simply do not recommend the practice of making a webinar that is not live, appear "Live." We think that it's best to be transparent with your audience. We found that this is the best way to earn and maintain the trust of your audience and potential customers. If your webinar is not live and is recorded, then it's best to simply be up front about it. "Simulated live webinars" are easily exposed when attendees do not get a response to their questions, or interaction with them is non existent. When attendees realize that your “live” webinar is actually not live, that is a quick way to lose the trust of your audience.
But we understand you may want to have a recorded video while being live on the chat and questions. That's why we will soon introduce Hybrid webinars, where you can have a pre-recorded video and then also be present in the chat and attend to live Q&A, polls and offers. With this type of webinar, you’re actually present for the webinar, answering questions and chatting with your audience. We still encourage you to let your audience know that the video is a recording, but that you are there to answer questions and chat with them via our Q&A tab and integrated chat.

How much is WebinarNinja?
The WebinarNinja platform has four plans; Starter, Pro, Plus and Power. All plans have the option to be billed monthly or annually (saving you money). With WebinarNinja, everything is included. If I choose a lower plan, can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime right inside of your account.

Does WebinarNinja have a built-in chat feature or do I need to buy and embed one?
WebinarNinja gives you everything you need. Our built-in, lightning-fast, intuitive chat ensures that you and your audience can interact with ease. Hosts can also drop trouble makers from the chat if need be.
In addition to the chat, does WebinarNinja have polls or a way for attendees to ask questions?
Yes, you can run multiple interactive polls and survey questions on your webinar and get instant results. You can add multiple answer options too! Right under the video there is a Questions area. Have your attendees ask as many questions as they like in this dedicated space. This way questions will not get lost and buried in the chat. When you answer a question, there is a cool feature that allows attendees to go to the minute mark in the video where the question was answered when watching the webinar replay. Amazing right? We think so too.
What about Offers? I want to make a live offer to my audience during the webinar. Can I do that?
Yup! You can easily create and display an offer to your audience at any point during your webinar. You can also show and hide your offer whenever you like. We allow you to add multiple buttons for different packages or payment options. You can have your buttons linked to any sales or checkout page you like. You can also track how many people clicked on your offers with your stats on your dashboard. Go forth and make sales 🙂
Does WebinarNinja take care of email notifications to my webinar registrants or do I need to use my email service?
WebinarNinja takes care of all email notifications for you. We have customizable email templates built in for you to use. You can even edit and add new templates at any time. Also, you can set the exact time you want those emails to go out.
If you like, you can add registrants to your email lists in your email marketing service like MailChimp, Infusionsoft, AWeber, ActiveCampaign, ConstantContact, GetResponse, Hubspot and more by using our email integration feature.
Does WebinarNinja integrate with email and marketing platforms like Infusionsoft, AWeber and MailChimp?
Yes. WebinarNinja fully integrates with Mailchimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, Infusionsoft, HubSpot, ConvertKit, GetResponse, & ActiveCampaign with our custom API functionality. We will continue to add more integrations too. But in fact, you don't need to use any other 3rd party email marketing platform. WebinarNinja has its own built-in email marketing system right inside your dashboard.
Do I need to install any software on my website or computer?
No. WebinarNinja takes care of all the hosting. Members are given a custom branded URL (FitnessFreak.webinarninja.co) where all their webinars will be hosted on our secure servers. All you need is an internet connection and a browser. We recommend Google's Chrome.
What additional features will be available for purchase?
Nothing else. Only the number of live attendees changes according to the plan you purchase (100, 200, 500, 1000). Other than that, there is nothing else that differs from one plan to the next. No up-sells here.
Will I need to host my webinars on my site?
No, you won't need to worry about hosting. We are fully-managed and hosted by a high-performance cloud hosting service that automatically scales as we grow. All WebinarNinja members are provided with a personally branded URL for their business or brand where all their webinars will be held, i.e brandonfitness.webinarninja.co.
